Terms of service
Avenor terms of service
Version 2026-08-29. Effective August 29, 2026.
These terms are offered by the Avenor operator identified at checkout. By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using a paid service, you agree to this contract with that seller.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to Avenor. Sellers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, or act through a parent, legal guardian, or organization that has authorized them. The legal marketplace operator is the Avenor operator identified at checkout.
Service
Avenor is a marketplace where independent creators can list digital Roblox assets and buyers can purchase a license to use them. Avenor may review listings, process payments, deliver files, keep transaction records, market selected listings, and coordinate creator payouts.
Creator listings and licenses
Creators are responsible for having the rights to every asset they submit and for describing it accurately. Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive commercial project-use license and does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the source asset. Buyers are responsible for testing compatibility before publishing a project.
Accounts and data
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant Avenor a limited license to process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not submit data you lack permission to use.
Prices, fees, and payouts
Buyers approve the total price, currency, and payment method at checkout. Avenor's standard marketplace fee is 10% for self-serve listings and 30% for marketed listings, before any separately disclosed payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, or taxes. Creator payouts are sent to the approved payout account after the transaction clears. The refund policy applies to purchases.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes stolen or infringing assets, malicious scripts, hidden backdoors, deception, harassment, privacy violations, credential abuse, malware, and unauthorized access.
Ownership
Avenor and its marketplace software, design, and documentation remain owned by the operator and its licensors. Creators retain ownership of their assets. Buyers receive only the license stated on the listing and do not acquire the creator's copyright or source ownership.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, or a material violation. You may stop using Avenor at any time. Sections concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where applicable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avenor is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Creator assets are provided under their listing terms. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the preceding three months. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so mandatory rights still apply.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new version and, when appropriate, require renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified at checkout, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Legal notices may be sent using the contact shown at checkout.
