Lawful and authorized use

Use only information, accounts, websites, and integrations you are authorized to access. Do not use Avenor for fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harassment, malware, credential theft, security intrusion, or evasion of another service's safeguards.

Outreach rules

Messages must be relevant, truthful, individually reviewed, and sent from an accurately identified sender. Do not use purchased, harvested, or indiscriminate recipient lists. Honor opt-outs, suppression records, provider rules, and all applicable marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. Avenor may block sending when evidence or approval is missing.

Restricted decisions and data

Do not use output as the sole basis for employment, housing, credit, insurance, legal, medical, educational-admission, or other high-impact decisions. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, or sensitive personal data unless a specifically approved workflow requires and protects it.

Accuracy and representation

Do not publish fabricated testimonials, unsupported performance claims, deceptive subjects, fake identities, or AI output presented as verified fact. Review citations and generated language before use.

Enforcement

Avenor may rate-limit, block, suspend, or terminate activity that creates legal, security, deliverability, or abuse risk. Serious threats may be preserved or reported when legally required. Contact details for reporting misuse are displayed in the customer account.
