How Avenor handles data

Who controls the data

Information collected

Avenor can collect account details, Discord or email identity, creator applications, portfolio links, listing files and descriptions, purchase and payout records, support communications, device and security logs, cookie identifiers, and fraud-prevention signals.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, review and publish listings, process purchases and creator payouts, deliver assets, send transactional email, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal duties, and improve reliability. Avenor does not sell personal information or use customer content for unrelated advertising profiles.

Service providers

Necessary information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, payment, email, analytics, file-storage, and fraud-prevention providers. These may include Vercel, Neon, Discord, PayPal, Square/Cash App, Resend, and a storage provider. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as full card details by Avenor.

Cookies and security

Avenor uses essential cookies for authentication, security, and session continuity. It uses access controls, encrypted transport, secret management, tenant separation, audit records, and usage limits. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backups. Account holders can export their data and request deletion from the portal. Some records may be retained when required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may correct account or listing information, disconnect sign-in providers, export account data, request deletion, and opt out of marketing email. Additional rights may apply based on your location.

Children and changes

Creator payouts require an adult who can enter a binding agreement. The marketplace is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate guardian involvement.
